“This espresso has a big punchy mouthfeel contrasting with its silky, almost velvety smooth crema. Sweet chocolatey tones come through and lead to a raisiny, dried fruit profile on the finish. There's a subtle wine-like quality to this coffee that develops well with milk. This coffee almost dances on the palate and gives a remarkably long finish.”
